Spawn Of Zonk Reports For Abuse

Post by Spawn Of Zonk »

Hello, my name is Wil and I am in fact the son of Ranger Zonk 1/75. I just recently graduated high school in mid June and have been at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO since late June. I'm currently going through my "Doolie" academic year at USAFA, and am thoroughly enjoying it. Although it is far into the future, I'm planning on majoring in Behavior Science with a possible minor in Portuguese. Even further into the future, I plan on going the fighter/bomber pilot route out of the academy, and hopefully fly the new F-22. I just finished Basic Cadet Training about a week ago, and having been issued my computer for the academic year, I thought that it's about time I join the forum that my father spends all of his time on.
Additionally, I would like to thank RangerRon for his letter while I was going through basic, as well as all of the (somewhat) encouraging words I received from many of the Rangers on this forum while I was at the Ranger Ranch. Half of the marching cadences and jodies we did during basic were about Rangers, and I was one of the few able to say that I was lucky enough to be raised by a Ranger.

Somehow I don't think the issuance of the computer was for you to be goofing off with all of us adults! Though, you did see us at the Ranch, so I guess that term is used liberally around here.

Welcome, Will.

Welcome Wil. Glad to have you here, just make sure you are paying attention to details there. I would give you the same advise I give the Deps here and that is to do your very best every minute of every day and only hand around with those that do the same.

We get down in that neck of the woods on occasion and sometime we will call ahead and drop by to say Hi.

Abuse???What kind of lies has that Skallywag (that you call Dad) told you? We are kind and gentle and take immeasurable pride in our ability to positively motivate young men to accomplish more than they ever thought they could.

It's great to finally get you here. Enjoyed meeting you last summer and expect you to succeed. Never, never quit.

Oh, and don't worry, I won't tell anyone about you and the stripper.

RangerJurena, It seems that after six weeks of BCT without any outside contact, the cadre and upperclassmen more than expect us to spend some time reestablishing our relationships with the real world.

Ranger PocketKings, I sent Cartoon Network a Pilot Episode based on a day in the life of a Basic Cadet, but they said it involved too much cursing and physical beatings for their particular demographics. Their loss.

Ranger Jim, I have to admit, the adventure we had to the strip club was one of a kind and completely unexpected. (although I suppose I should have expected a Ranger to try and taint my youth)

Ranger LRP1, Although I am well versed in my father’s talent of flatulence, he has revealed none of his safely hidden secrets. And frankly, I do not want to dive too deep to try and discover them.

Have you grown any yet? You were kind of small at the Ranch. I guess that's why you joined the Zoomies though. :D
