Another week down, Rangers. Let's just say, I did not enjoy Cole Range at all. I hate the woodline, I kept hoping the lightning would burn it down ;). Heading into third week now, can't wait to goto the firing range. What really surprises me is how many NCO's we have lost. We have lost a total of 6 already, two with the Ranger tab. Well, Rangers, that is the update so far. Got the 5 mile run and test Monday.
I made a mistake. I want to be a Ranger.

I'm gonna tell you the same thing I told your compadre;

Finish out the week, and get your assignment and then the fun starts. Remember though, if you fuck up you can get dropped right up until you finish RIP. It will seem like a lifetime, but one day you will look back and realize that it went too quickly. Enjoy every minute of it (even the suck fests!)

Be smart and don't get a DUI.

Remember, one week!..

Early congrats, provided you don't do anything stupid tonight.
Good on you for scoring the only battalion that has terrain features to train on!
