shipping out!
Rangers,
In about 19 hours I leave to join the other shippers/new recruits to sack out at a hotel in Knoxville, headed to Benning on the 9th! Just wanted to say that I feel I've learned and soaked up so much from all Rangers and this site, and I appreciate all of you taking the time for this site so me and others can have the benefit of all your combined knowledge. I say thank you especially to my mentor, Ranger Tater Nuts, for all he has done for me these last few months. I feel I am armed with all the facts and advice, I know the ball is now in my court, and I am determined above all else to reach my goal of being a Ranger, I will not say I can't, I will not say I quit.
I will post sitreps and keep you updated when i can, to Benning I go!

You can, you will, you must. Keep your attitude positive and avoid those who are negative. Strive to be the best and set the example.
WE NEED MORE RANGERS!

Good luck! Your success is up to no one but YOU. There will be many moments that you will question your abilities, but just put those thoughts out of your mind and focus on how you will feel the moment you are first called RANGER!

Update
Rangers,
Quick update while I'm on my first 4-hour SH pass. Things are going along great, 3 weeks down, we just entered White Phase yesterday. We go to qualify BRM tomorrow, and I'm confident I'll do well there. Yesterday we had our first full APFT, here are my scores...
63 PU
80 SU
12:04 2-mile
Scored a 289, was disappointed I couldn't get those last few pushups. But I'm pushing hard for the next APFT.
Time is short here, but I'd just like to say thank you again to all Rangers on this site, I've been prepared and ready for everything thrown at me so far, thanks to you.
I will keep updates coming as I can....and never, never quit!
