HAMPSTEAD — The Capt. Jonathan Grassbaugh Post Office is one big step closer to reality.
The U.S. House of Representatives passed legislation that would allow the East Hampstead Post Office's name to be changed to honor Grassbaugh, an Army Ranger who was killed in Iraq last year.

The main PO distribution center here is named for SGT Larry Peters, USMC, posthumous MoH for Vietnam.
