Nice intro.

for that, I will give you some advice for your upcoming training:

1. They can't kill you (on purpose)

2. They have to feed you (eventually)

3. It will end (one way or another, with or without your "shit")

This was a survival mechanism I used throughout my time in service.

Despite what you might think at times, they really are trying to reduce the odds of you getting killed.

It looks like you did your homework before you entered your first post.

I was a medic with 1/75 for almost 6 years. Increase your run time to at least sub 13:00 or upper 12:00. You don't need to be the fastest runner however, you MUST be able to ruck with the best of them. If you make it to BN you will carry as much weight as the members of WPNs squad and you MUST be mission capable when you reach the OBJ. Ranger lives will depend on you.

I have a task for you: Go pick up a military ALICE Ruck from your local Army Surplus and load it with 60lbs (average non-combat weight for a medic). Conduct a 5 miles roadmarch and report back with your time and status of your feet. One week should be enough time for you to complete this task. PM me if you need more time.

Bottom line, you can survive Bn with a upper 13:00 run time but you can not survive if you can't hang with your fellow Rangers on roadmarches and long movements.
