2 Mile Run - 15:38

Pretty slow still, I need alot of practice with running still, it's never been my strong point.

I understand why many of you are pissed, and I apologize. I know nobody cares if I do, or don't update today now, and that you all are here to help US. Though my run time is above.

Running in the rain isn't what sucks. It's stopping in a windy field to do abdominal PT that sucks.

I knew someone was going to correct that. I was going to, but no edit button.

I do plan on improving my run time, and i've been browsing the site like fuck, but reading isn't going to help me, unless I apply it. That's exactly what i've been doing. Yes, I realize it is very fucking slow, but that's where the information on here comes in handy.

I mean hell, if I can't take shit from you Rangers, how the hell am I going to be able to take it from 6 or more Ranger Instructors once I get to RIP?

This is not shit, this is corrective action.

I'll made it simple for you. Address all Rangers with the prefix "Ranger" before their name. Their title is below their name.

There is no edit button in intro's, so hit "preview" (several times if necessary), make corrections, then press "submit".

What is it with these new fuckers?? This is a reflection of the degradation of American society by liberal "everybody gets a medal" thinking. Look at these recent assholes coming on this site thinking that they are the cock of the walk.
