Peep the newish Surefire set up on my newish rail system 8)

It's a Surefire G2 with a shock bezel and a aftermarket pressure switch on the end that does, momentary and constant on/off.

Great minds think alike! I have the exact same flashlight for my M-4, same parts and everything (slightly different color scheme / mount).

Next purchase is some rail covers. Because I'm cheap, I'm holding out for some Ranger to be cleaning out his closet and go, "Where did these come from? I forgot I had these, anybody want'em?"

NDog, How do you like the redi-mag attachment? I figure its better than the two mags taped together with a field dressing in between.

One day I'll figure out how to post pictures and put my collection on display for prosperity.

I dig it. I wouldn't like it for humping because it would get heavy, but when bailing out of the car on a hot call you usually don't have time to grab much more than your rifle, so it's handy to have a second mag. Plus it keeps the weight of a second mag off the mag release dealo like if you're using two 100 mph taped together.

Rifle update

Post by Fireguy275 »

I ditched the Eotech and the VTAC. I'm liking the ML3 and the VCAS much better. I played around with a Surefire X200 on the rail portion in front of the FSB and it works well for indoor use. The Pentagon X3 light is a great value too and throws a ton of light a long way.
