Welcome to the site. Congratulations on getting your option 40 Ranger contract. Read much and post little on this site till you become a Ranger. Are you in shape? How are your push up, run & 2 mile run times?

Rangers,

Thank you for your hospitality, I plan on reading and not posting. I have to focus on preparing my self physically and mentally for becoming a Soldier. I am greatful for your help that will hopefully help me to become part of the most elite fighting force in the world.

Ranger RTO,

2-mile run- 12:00 minutes
Pushups (2 minutes)- 80
Situps (2 minutes)- 55-60

Situps are my worst event by far. Just doing those 55-60 of them it completly drains me. And makes me sore. I have plenty of time to work on them, and I plan on it.

My biggest challange now will be to stay motivated, and keep up my PT over the next 6 months.
