Another SEAL Dep here

Post by onebadshot556 »

Hello my name is Kit, recently Deped into the SEAL contract. I used to browse this site a good amount when I was younger. Loved all the great info and history. I am hoping that I will have the honor of attending Ranger school in one of the cross training programs once I am in the teams.

The other guy posted his PST scores so here are mine.
500 yd Swim using breastroke 10:30
Pushups 80
Situps 90
Pullups 13
Mile in half run 12:37

Just learning the CSS so my swim times are up in the 12s now, my run is in the mid 9s.

Thank you for such a great fourm with so much info from you guys, the SEAL fourms are full of a bunch of guys worrying about if they don't make it and the little nit picking things.

I then asked the Lord: "Why was there only one set of footprints?"
He answered: "The terrain was beginning to constrict and our hit time was coming close. So I put us in a Ranger file."

Mile in half run 12:37
You're going to need to get this run time lower. Good luck to you and take care.
