I have a minor case of scoliosis, a condition involving misalignment (in my case, a slight misalignment) of the spinal column. So long as I can handle the ruck marches, and the heavy packs for airborne operations, would this present a problem?

I believe that if it would cause a problem the doctors would no go you at the physical. The best thing you can do is not lie to the docs. If you are good to go then great, if not then move on to your secondary objective and continue mission.
