Thanks for bumping this one. If I recall, they sang, "I'm Proud to be an American" at his memorial. He gave everything and was the one A Company casualty. Rest in Peace, Ranger. ~S~

I got a Christmas card from Diane Price today. I am sure this is a hard time of year for her but she still takes the time out to remember a Ranger. She told me to stop in next time I am up there, of course it is 8 hours away.

I think I will get back there for Memorial Day. She deserves that.

You are correct Ranger. Still to this day when I listen to that song, it brings me right back to that memorial service.

RIP Brother. Ranger Lear as well, along with the other Rangers lost.
