Knee help!

Ok in my left knee every time I go running I get about .7 of a mile out (this is consistent) my knee starts to kill but that not the big problem at the same time the muscles between the lower half of my knee and the front of my thigh start to lock up. :evil: I know this is a stupid fucking problem but it is a problem none-the-less. Help

With the exception of placement. You'll want to move it up to approx 4 inches above the knee.
