This is the bridge between Denmark and Sweden! The vehicles go down in a tunnel so that the ships may pass.

Theres one up near Virginia Beach/Fort Monroe that looks very similar.

Well till the tunnel it's a bridge. After the tunnel there is a bridge.

A bridge has to connect two seperate things - it's a pier!

OK, OK, I'm just bored. Sorry. And it does look cool - though I think knowing I was driving under water would unnerve me a little.

It's like the Holand and Lincoln tunnels only at each end there is a bridge conecting to land.
