One sure cure - stop eating. That way your body will not have any food to process and no waste materials to produce.
The problem now is that your body, now that you have started running and exercising more, is getting more efficient and dumping excess fat and other non-essential materials that have built up over the years and cause it to not work at peak efficiency. My bet is that this 'dumping on the run' is a transitory phase, part of the process of your body getting rid of a bunch of crap inside that it does not need. This process will run it's course in due time if you keep the pressure on it to operate more efficiently by continuing to exercise. If you stop the exercise, your body will immediately start to store the calories for the next time you ramp up the activity level. You can ask Oprah about that.
If you alter your diet and focus on providing replenishment to your body for fuel and for rebuilding, instead of the regular diet of most post-adolescents, it will adjust and start running more efficiently, and you won't be provoking it into dumping excess waste at inopportune moments, as all the excess waste wil eventually be eliminated.
Or, you could just keep up the whining here so people can keep stickin' it to you.
