watches

I read the requirements for APFTs. It didn't mention using watches. It said something along the lines of not being able to use anything that gives you an unfair advantage over other participants but nothing about watches, etc. Are you allowed to wear them when doing your 2-mile?

OSUT I don't remember if you can or not. Normal APFT at your unit yes you can. RIP, Pre-Ranger, and Ranger School you cannot, but the instructors are calling out times.
