Shipping Out
The day is here, the bags are back... It's been along time comming starting out at 275lbs and 45% body fat and getting down to 184 and 25.5% body fat. But all is order and now I ship. To all Rangers. Stay strong, be free and stay safe. *attention**salute* I will try and post from the military lounge in the Hotel to tell all of you if I get option 40 tomorrow.
