need advice about getting into shape

Post by dkm77 »

hi
im 20 years old and im intrested in becoming an army ranger, but my main problem is losing weight. im about 5'10 200 lbs, now im fairly strong and that doesn't seem to be a problem for me, but running is a pain in the ass for me. i work out at the local gym and me and my room mate are going to get into amature boxing. i still have about a year or two before my obligations are met, and i can join. is there any advice you guys could give me to help. im not mamas boy and actually enjoy physical demanding activities, so any help is welcome.
thanks

You just answered your own question.

RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN.

When you think you've run pretty damn far, keep running.

You know I was thinkin (like I'm certain many of my brothers were), if you want to be High Speed, you have to be prepared to do what is necessary in order to achieve your objective...........NO MATTER WHAT YOU LIKE TO DO.

You think there's a fuckin "shortcut" an easier way to get "by"...........

WELL YOU'RE FUCKIN WRONG, YOU KNOW WHAT THE FUCK YOU NEED TO DO.

You either Run your ass off, quit eatin twinkes at night, do situps, pushups, BarDips, Pullups, etc...............or you don't, ITS JUST THAT FUCKIN PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!

Don't waste our fuckin time with bullshit questions, lookin for the easy way out. That will only piss us off because you have the wrong.....ATTITUDE!!!
