Good saying. There will be a lot of times like that ahead of us all, when you've got nothing but your nerves left. Make sure they're as ready as possible for when you need them.
That's got to be about the best advice I've seen offered for these young studs thus far. Although we usually just say 'take the word QUIT out of your mental vocabulary', this defines what is really required quite well. Thanks.

Hey glock, do you know anywhere I can find those pullup bars? The ones that fit into the door frame. I've looked in alot of places and I can't find them.

After reading your post, i got that tape. You're right, it's a pretty good workout. I do session 1 one day and session 2 on another. In between just my regular workout.
