Why do all you new guys post subject lines like yours????

Son, you are going to the ARMY, pick your head up. Square yourself!!!!

If I asked you "Why are you all Fucked up", you would probably tell me about 3 or 4 things that were fucked up with you. Don't do it, You're answer should be "I am not fucked up SGT".

I'll let you know if you are really fucked up. Be CONFIDENT in your abilities not Cocky. There is a big difference. You are about to do a great thing. Sure you are starting off as a newby at the bottom, but don't walk around with a "look at me I am all fucked up sign" plastered on your forehead that you put there.

Look, listen, observe, and learn.

"Use the Force Young Jedi" Common sense goes a long way.

Thanks Ranger goog. im actually pretty confident about this. I dont know why i said new poor bastard but i did. Im so excited about this step im taking. Im leaving a good job opportunity that pays well to do something i've been wanting to do for awhile now. I was a depper in the marines 5 years ago but didn't go because of family problems. Im glad i didn't because i didn't talk to an army recruiter at the time and i feel the army is a better way to serve my country to my taste anyway. I know i will be starting from the bottom and im 24 but i know theres people even older than me doing it. just want to serve and be the best soldier i can.

Great, just rember it is not all physical and mental challenges. Some time the Bullshit can get the best of you. Sucks getting smoked when you were not fucked up, but just part of the group.
