They are just here to work

Post by Horned Toad »

This is what we see every day.

Illegals are granted protection under the US constitution, unfortunately for you and me they are not held to the same standard when it comes to breaking the law that you or I would be. How many here think they would have gotten off so light for the crimes listed below, and this is all the same person.

98 Aggravated assault (felony), disorderly conduct (misdemeanor) charges dropped

99 Moving traffic violation and false report, guilty for traffic not guilty for false report

99 DUI .10 or greater and driving on suspended license, no disposition given

99 DUI, moving traffic and non moving traffic, served 10 day with 425 dollar fine for DUI and 10 days and 650 dollar fine for moving violation

2000 Aggravated DUI with drugs, 4 moths jail 4 years probation

2001 DUI with suspended license 4 moths jail with 4 years probation again
and he finally gets some time for immigration violations and spends a year in jail. Although why he didn’t go in for 4 years for violating parole is beyond me.

Since 2001 he has been back at least twice and deported twice with no other jail time. This is kind of a mild one I have seen much worse with less time in jail

I didn't know Skyshark was an "illegal".

Very frustrating subject.

In addition to the illegal immigrants not being held to the same standards...why are we having to use our tax dollars to fight those in court, who are trying to give them a drivers license??

One may use the point, "Well, they're just going to drive anyway, so why not let them have one?" Well, lets say this illegal who has a brand spankin new drivers license is out drinking, then driving, and hits someone. If the other driver is killed, is the State of Arizona going to charge the illegal with vehicular manslaughter? Are they going to be punished the same way you and I would be? Screwed up thing is...No.

Another frustrating fact is, the illegal population here in AZ is estimated at just over 500k people. Costing us over $1 billion per year in public benefits that they're given.

The border problems NEED to be fixed. The other day in Mesa, a man was arrested for bringing 30 Iranians across the border. Its not only the Latin Americans coming across

I once had a Mexican illegal immigrant plow into my car when I was out with my wife. He was going about 100mph, drunk as a skunk and of course non-English speaking. Fortunately, neither she or I were hurt.

The cops showed up and arrested him, but the cop told me that that the guy was just going to move to another part of town and change his name. He said there was no way in hell that the guy would ever see a court room.

You forgot child molestation and spousal abuse. I can't vouch for any other state, but I know Georgia has a serious problem with the chicken pluckers getting liquored up and becoming kiddie fuckers. Particularly in the counties where carpet mills and poultry processing plants are.

I think he was at that point where he should have had one eye closed...but he didn't.
