You dumb fuck, I thought you just got through telling us in another forum how you're going to lend your tremendous intellect toward the daunting task of combat efficiency?

I went to RS with a guy from B Co. 2/75 that had a 2 year contract in 94. He went to RS with about 4 mo. in Bn. and just barely had the retention time upon completion to be able to go.

Yep, seen the two year enlistment before. We had a guy in the Squad that was in for one ....he was the eternal cherry never got his tab ....and I really doubt the Regt is going to accept a two year enlistment in the long run it would be counter productive.

They don't make people extend anymore if you're short in time remaining prior to going to RS whether you've got a 2 or 3 year bid?

The 75th were the people that made USAREC make an option 40 a 3 year contract minimum.

96B is on the 15 month program, but you will NOT get anything with it.

the 2 year program means you do 2 years AFTER you've been trained. works out to about 2.5 years. same thing with the 15 month program.

Anyway, now that you have a start, tie a 45 pound weight around your nuts and go jump off a bridge.

Why would they allow 96B (or any other intel MOS) to be less than a 4 year enlistment ? It costs a lot of money to get somebody cleared to TS level plus the final clearance usually takes many months to complete.

Well, a 15 month enlistment in any MOS is bullshit. PSG/SLs are going to be hearing "I am here for the college money" more than they do already. Need to go back to being able to bitch slap the fuckers.

Edited out the dumbassedness.
