I saw Sin City last night. Jessica Alba was so hot, so was Miho the Japanese girl. Don't wanna ruin it, but it was based off the comics ( which I never read but they say is sticks so close to it). Lots and lots of blood and violence. I give it 2 thumbs up 8)

I just watched 2 movies yesterday.

Micheal Moore Hates America
-Awesome movie about how moore is a slimey peice of corn in goat shit. Its done very well with him basically trying to get an interview with MM and then having clips from different news sources across america stating he never has heard of the guy or the movie he is making, lying over and over and exposing the stupid pig he ( Moore ) is.
Definately one to check out if you see it at Blockbuster

After the Sunset
-I really liked this movie, it didnt turn out the way I expected at all, and I love when movies do that. Plus its got Salma Hyek in it, and she looks pretty damn good as well.

Both movies are pretty good, definately both worth a rent from the movie store.

Just got the DVD for the movie Collateral. It's been mentioned in here before. If you haven't seen it yet, you should. The pistol work in it is first rate, as far as movies go.

Excellent movie. I was very impressed with the weapons work also.

And.....if you have DTX Digital surround....you should rent this just to listen to it, this is one of very few movies that REALLY make use of the technology, and do it well. 8)

Going thru a box of old videos that a friend who works at the local video store gave to me 'cuz they are switching over to CD's. One of them, stupidest movie I have EVER seen, "Joe verses the Volcano." But it had one scene that I thought was awesome. Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan are on a large sailboat in the South Pacific. He says something about her life being amazing.

She says "My father says that almost the whole world is asleep. -Everybody you know -Everybody you see -Everybody you talk too. He says that only a few people are awake and that they live in a state of constant total amazwement"

'Saw the following:

I am David. It was pretty good. About a boy who escapes from a Bulgarian political prision camp and evades to Denmark.

House of Flying Daggers. Chinese people fly around and hit each other with cloth and bamboo.

Blade Trinity. Blade kills a lot of people/vampires and Parker Posey is fucking uglier than ever before.

Two Brothers. Tigers are cool. Guy Pierce still looks like a fucking ape.

On the serious side, Hotel Rwanda is excellent.

It kinda kinda reminds me of Schindler's list, in that the Tutsi tribe begins a campaign of genocide against Hutus and the hero(Paul something or another) tries to save the Hutus by harboring them in a hotel and starts cashing in favors with the local officials and warlords to buy them freedom.

AP,

So that was a good movie? I've passed it several times at Block Buster; wasn't sure I wanted to see it. I'll give it a try.
