Unfortunately,

These tapes make complete idiots out of anyone that wears a badge. I for one am glad they exist. They become a very effective learning tool to anyone that either is new and does not yet know and those older ones who have gotten complacent and think they know everything.

"Assumptions are the mother of all fuckups". This idiot assumed the weapon was clear without properly checking, inspecting and then controlling it.

But I'll be he's not the only one here that's had a Neglient Discharge, not "accidental", at one time in their life.
I'll admit it, I have...but not in front of a bunch of kids telling them how professional I was.
