Pathetic.

They have simply broken US Laws and chose Canada as the country of choice to hide in to avoid prosecution for their law breaking. So long as Canada recognizes US Soveriegnty over those who have broken legal contracts requiring thier service and flight to avoid prosecution, their return should not be impeded by any claim of 'moral reasons' as a valid, excuseable reason for harboring a fugitive from justice.

P.S. As I read more of the horseshit that is this cocksmokers website, I felt overwhelming nausea. So I came up with a brilliant idea. This asshole wants a donation? I'll give him one. Based on this law, I refused my order to deploy to Iraq, and came to Canada with the help of Carl Rising-Moore, a Vietnam-era veteran and peace activist. I will not allow myself to face persecution by the U.S. government for following the higher international and moral law.

I am currently staying with a Quaker family in Ontario until I am able to get back on my feet.
