Retpara - 1:30 PM Eastern Cpt Harris jumps overboard from lifeboat again. Three of the four maritime community organizers were killed , one wounded in a brief firefight with Navy SEALs. Harris is on board the USS Bainbridge. The wounded organizer is in custody
