Tough Mudder & Wounded Warriors

Post by Silverback »

To all ArmyRanger.com Members,
My former Ranger buddy is running the Tough Mudder July 23, 2011 to raise donations for the Wounded Warrior Project. Please donate what you can (if anything at all). Here is the Kicker, whatever you donate (up to $500.00) will be matched by another donor. So by donating $20.00 you are actually donating $40.00. There is a scroller that allows you to keep track of the total donations.

BOTTOM LINE: I want my Ranger Buddy to puke...but for a good cause. You see I think he was losing his nerve to do it until I started slamming him with donations.

I'm on it for $20. Would've just spent it at Rendezvous, food or fuel anyway.

(edited to add: actual donation made five hours later, after my nap! Good thing you made the point about 'anonymous' in the meantime or I would've had to pony up another $20!)

If you make an anonymous donation it cannot be viewed by a third party and therefore will not be matched.

Thanks to you both..This is just a continuation of a long history of me wearing him out. I made sure we got lots of push ups through RIP and further on in the Army and he has had to carry me (literally) on more occasions than I care to admit.
