Much like Ranger Hobbit indicated, I too have nothing but dirt and dust in my CD player (due to offroading):

On my 40gb iPod however, I recently added the following to my collection:

ForcedEntry III (encoded via iTunes @320k ACC)
Black Sabbath Dehumanizer
Coldplay Parachutes (just purchased from iTunes)
Megadeth Peace Sells..but who's buying? (Remastered)

2 weeks ago I saw Shinedown and Godsmack in concert. It fucking rocked. I already had Godsmack's cd's, so I went out and got Shinedown's "Us and Them" and their first, "Leave a Whisper". 2 excellent cd's worth the price. Both bands went balls out and put on a hell of a show, check them out if you get the chance.

I recently took my wife to an INXS concert at the House of Blues (shut it). A band called "As Fast As" opened for them and blew me away, I had never even heard of them. They were standing out front selling CD's and I bought one, it is all I listen to now, and is one of my favorite bands.

Or River of Shit by The Fuggs

I heard these songs circa 1969.

hahaha yea i remember the Fuggs,
and Up Against the Wall Mother Fucker, the
x' rated rockers of the late 60's.
Frank Zappa had something to do with the Fuggs
if i remember in some form.
I'm 53 so i remember those great songs.
