E-Evaluate what you have done and envision the next step
When counseling a Soldier who is having suicide ideology, consider CPR

R—Resources
When counseling a Soldier try to CARE for them :)
C—Connect with compassion
A—Assist the Soldier
R—Resource and mobilize resources
E—Encourage the Soldier
