I hear that MarSoc has somewhat commited there people to FID missions and don't know if theres really any satisfaction in those types of assignments. I'm sure they're needed to a degree, they just seem rather consuming.
You prefer the more hands on DA, SR actions? Second only to felching I'm guessing. You sound "rather" like "quite" the pole smoker and you write like a fucking retard. You'd be better off going back to beating off to your Soldier of Fiction magazines and recruiting posters.

The Company they Keep is another interesting book.
AACK!

I really, really hated this book.
It was a book about a bunch of 3rd Group types who did very little training, goofed off, cheated every chance they got, and whined a lot.
Coming from 5th Group I was embarrased by it.
The only way to relate to this site was think of a book written about fucked up National Guard unit, that has a tabbed Ranger or two in it, and then making it seem like all Ranger units are like this.
A & C Company, 3rd Ranger Battalion 1984-1986
2/325, 82nd Airborne 1979-1984
F Company, 51st LRSU 1986-1988
5th Special Forces Group 1989-1995
3rd Special Forces Group 1997-1999
