This dumbass got banned in 9 posts.
Is there a record for the least number of posts before someone got banned?

This guy is close. IIRC, someone truly offensive, as opposed to just stupid, managed it in four or five posts a couple of years back.

Rangers,

I just bought the book for my son. I am sure there is plenty to debate for those in the know etc. However, one thing that cannot be disputed is the fact that the following story had me laughing for days:

(Wife): How much money did you spend at the bar?
(Drunken Ranger Husband): About $100
(Wife): Do you know how long $100 would last me?
(DRH): Lets see...you dont drink, you dont smoke,........you have your own ^($$y, so I imagine it would last you a very long time.

Hilarious.

I read the book last week. It was an amazing book. He is a great story teller and I believe a very truthful person. A lot of the incidents that he discusses are already public knowledge, therefore he really doesn't seem to be betraying classified information. In some cases he deliberately states that he is withholding info because it is sensitive ,such as techniques in breaking into doors and cars. There are one or two touchy claims against certain government operations that he writes about briefly, but he never attacks the government.

Its a great book. You'll fly through it.

anything you read in a book about classified govt agencies you really have to question their "truthfullness". the guys i know that serve in the unit in question despise CSM (ret) Haney. not just for the book...but for some of the FALSE claims in the book. i have read and do agree he's a good story teller and it's an entertaining read but, i stop at that.
