I wonder if the libs are going to raise hell when our boys are getting fucked up because they don't have the equipment they need? Remember how after 9-11 all the libs were screaming and yelling about the boys not having the equipment they needed? I quickly snapped back and brought up that we had just downsized with Clinton and were trying to get back up with Bush. Quickly followed by a blank stare and more Bush bashing.

Don't get me wrong, I am much more a constitutionalist then Republican but WTF!

This is going to be a unlike a lot of the realignments we knew. After Viet-Nam we had RIFs that eliminated a lot of company grade officers; and during the Carter years when we had no training dollars, and during the early Bush years when we did Selective Early Retirements (SERB) this time we are going to purge the force. It is good to be retired.

It will be interesting to see how many women actually enlist for infantry. We saw the USMC experiment with women in the Infantry Officer course -- all were eliminated. What's next?
