Doctors are warning of a new sexually-transmitted superbug that they say could ultimately prove more deadly than AIDS.
The antibiotic-resistant strain of gonorrhea HO41 was reportedly discovered in Japan two years ago in a 31-year-old female sex worker.
"This might be a lot worse than AIDS in the short run because the bacteria is more aggressive and will affect more people quickly," Alan Christianson, a doctor of naturopathic medicine, recently told CNBC. "Getting gonorrhea from this strain might put someone into septic shock and death in a matter of days. This is very dangerous."

Actually I was on R & R in Japan, Nov 1969 & for a mere pittance of 2100 yen (approx. $7) rented a woman for 24 hours & kept my good bill of health.
In 1970 I had gone though medical service out of RVN with a 2 weeks stopover in Japan in a Military Base Hospital with no chance of going into town as my finance records went on home ahead of me and I was penniless until I got back to NY.
I had saved up 1500 dollars of my pay ($150 per month, about half my pay due to getting hazardous pay, $65 & Jump pay, $55 (for being in 75th Infantry)) which I was unable to get at or even get a partial release of. Memory of that shit - you know it is fucked up. Japan's PX had some good stereo (reel to reel tape recorders), cameras I couldn't purchase.
