Vice President Biden said Wednesday that the White House could use "executive orders" to deal with gun control, as he kicked off a round of meetings aimed at finding ways to curb gun violence.
The vice president met Wednesday with gun-safety and victims groups, saying he is "determined" to take "urgent action" to address gun violence.
"This is not an exercise in photo opportunities or just getting to ask you all what your opinions are. We are vitally interested in what you have to say," Biden said.

What I posted above is the law, he can't legally do it without congress. If somehow he does I'm not observing it. I'll register my ka ka.

Obama will not get the full impeachment for anything he does. Period. The Senate is the sole power to try all impeachments. The Senate is dominated by democrats. You need two thirds of the Senate to find a president guilty under impeachment.

Obama could order all guns destroyed, all churches to become mosques, and order the rape of a bus load of CEO's wives and he will not be impeached by this Senate.
