John E. Dulinsky, 44, US Army Ranger, Lieutenant and Commander of Columbia PD SWAT Team
John E. Dulinsky was known as aggressive when it came to serving his country and community. As a former U.S. Army Ranger and lieutenant and commander with the West Columbia Police Department, many men who worked alongside him thought of Mr. Dulinsky as a mentor and role model. He focused on being proactive as an officer and supported his fellow veterans every way he could.
Mr. Dulinsky, of West Columbia, died Aug. 13, 2014, at Palmetto Health Emergency Room. He was 44.
