I have listened to Serial season two and with those tapes there will be no doubt that Bergdahl is guilty as charged. Even the guy who did the interview found Bergdahl's story flimsy and without merit.

I'm fairly sure what made the case unwinnable for traitor boy is him admitting what he did in several venues, but let's not let facts get in the way of a good sob story.

I really hate most defense attorneys, even though I do understand they are a necessary evil for our adversarial legal system to function.
