Pre-rasp has a goal and it's to prepare you to be successful in RASP. Don't overlook minor details. Use every day you have because once you get there it is all you can do to get through. If it is easy at that point, then excellent.

If you have the same last name they are going to call that out sooner rather than later. Although, good luck keeping it a secret :)

Reading your post brings back lots of good memories. Try to remember you are getting paid to fuck off in the woods and get smoked... Have fun! It sucks to remember it as fun. Maybe it just wasn't fun in the moment  deep thoughts....

Random thought - Those quitters are still your brothers. I had a few friends from OSUT bow out. Still great dudes. They just chose a different path. Don't dismiss them... Just know your tiny dick has huge balls compared to theirs and be happy with that.

Your brother has not been on the site since 4 March. Remind him he owes a SITREP. Never, never quit!

Keep that attitude Sully. You'll be fine. Lots of us struggle with Landnav out there our first few times. It's an art and you can only get better at it by doing it.

Sully2490 wrote:Roger Ranger Jim I will get his lazy ass to give y'all a sitrep. Dylan and I were recycled earlier this week which sucks but its no big deal. I have been sick ever since cole range and it has been affecting my running a bit. Earlier this week we did an rpat run through and we ran the route at a moderate pace and I was dead last every time. Usually I am in the front or atleast the upper middle. I had a fever all last weekend now I have a bad cough. My plan is to go to sick call if I run slower than 13:30 tomorrow for the class up pt test. I spoke with ivorycharlie since he had pneumonia in rasp, hopefully its not that. I do not want to stay in pre rasp longer than needed. I only have one more shot at this and I would prefer not to do it sick or possibly with pneumonia. I will update again tomorrow after the duty day and let you Rangers know how the pt test went.
If you are sick you are sick, get some meds. Recently (In December over the holidays) I was a hard dick Ranger and tried to tough out my sickness. I've never shit and thrown up more in my life and I should have gone to the ER instead of waiting. My point is, there is a time to let your body get through it and a time to cheat... this is a good time to cheat. Get some meds and get on the fast train to feeling better.
