cams wrote:Congratulations Airborne. You now have one final step to being awarded your very own 75th Ranger Regiment Scroll and Tan Beret. Don't quit now bud. Don't quit ever. The gate is in view, all you have to do is enter the gauntlet and prove yourself.

Push yourself harder than you ever have. You'll need it. You know that it is not an easy task, but you have prepared, you have wanted, you have dreamed about it, all that's left to do now is face it.

Always give 100% and then some, don't fuck over your Ranger Buddy's and don't ever lie or try to hide anything from your RASP Cadre.

Integrity. Grit. Balls. Max Effort.

I know you can do this Bronco, shake the butterflies in your stomach and fight for it, and then even as an old man on your death bed, with all of your life experiences combined, you will hear the Ranger Creed still in the back of your head, and you will thank God one last time for allowing you the absolute honor of serving with such men.

Move out bud. Get your shit.

Rangers, I am glad to report that I passed the PT test. I still have a lot of work to do and cannot become complacent.

Outstanding, now comes the hard part. This is what you prepared for, you are ready for this. Remember, it's not the body that quits, it's the mind. Stay strong, stay focused, and never, ever quit. RLTW

Outstanding Bronco. I knew once you pushed past that squirrel in your stomach you'd do just fine. Keep at it and never quit. Pain is temporary, but that Scroll that will be on your heart is perminant.

As a reward I give you more strength with 4 sets of push-ups to do. I will match them myself when I come back in for PT today.

1 elevated set of 30. 1 wide arm set of 30. 1 diamond set of 30 and 1 standard set of 30. Give yourself a 1 minute break in between each set. Don't cheat yourself. Do them to standard.

Always remember, well done is better than well said. Kick its ass young man.

I would be honored to celebrate Bronco's passing of the PT test by joining you two for a round of push-ups. After two shoulder surgeries I can't do wide armed anymore so I'll substituted standard. Great idea Ranger Cams!

Merry Christmas bud. I'll raise a beer to your continued success tonight. Keep your nose clean during break and continue to PT hard. Don't get complacent and eat a bunch of crap either. There will be another PT test after Christmas break, make no mistake about it, first day back. Probably a piss test too for everybody.

Enjoy your time with family but remember your goal here.

Ranger Jim, I'm still doing PT, but I've been a bit lazy a few days while home.

Punch yourself in the dick. You have absolutely no room to be lazy right now. Rangers do not simply meet the standard, they exceed it, in every aspect of life.

Do you even want to be a Ranger? Stop fucking around goddammit and either just quit or start showing 100% and then some, because that's what it takes, anything less is unacceptable.
