Heading to MEPS this coming Monday and will be on the bus to Ft. Benning by Tuesday. I'd like to thank the Rangers here for making available all the excellent information contained within this forum. I may not have an Option 40 contract, but I've taken away so much from this website in the past 2 years. Through training regimens found on this website along with information on rucking, I've been able to drop 8 inches off my waist since entering the DEP 6 months ago, and significantly improve my PT scores. My last PT test results: PU - 76, SU - 53, 2 Mile - 12:56; while nothing to brag about, its a long way from where I started. I look forward to earning my place, and will try to give a SITREP whenever possible.
