Don't know how it is now, but When I graduated, we were in the common room, at the command of "Don Berets" we put them on, and then went outside to get assigned to our BN's.

He will probably know his assignment at the beginning of the 4th week, it will be at the Ranger memorial and should only be around an hour long.

My Graduation in '79 was SSG Lamica driving us from Sabre Hall at HAAF to C. Co. in a duece and then us standing at ease in the orderly room waiting to be assigned to a room. One of my RIP classmates had won a huge stuffed lion at the fair and that was with us too. Oh the looks and comments that we got!

im guessing he's graduated already but for anyone else out there the graduations are done at the Ranger Memorial by Infantry Hall. they last about an hour. he'll know which Batt he's going to long before the graduation (they have to have time to prep their berets including flashes which show their battalion on them and get their scrolls for their parents or Ranger Buddies to pin on them).
