Preparing for RIP

i know RIP is going to be a kick in the nuts. i want to know what i can do to make that kick less shocking, basically i want to set myself up for success in regiment.

i have been roadmarching (full battle rattle minus weapon and ammo; weights in 4 ammo pouches) and running. is there a PT program with a training schedule on the net somewhere that i can download with a day by day breakdown on workouts?

to prepare mentally i have been reading 7-8 and the Ranger Handbook like im a addicted to them. is there any other reading, ie fm's or regular books any of you would suggest?

i can use that pic because it is me. i didnt mean to walk into an ambush i was just looking for input, and as long as the DEPs have something good to say, ie a link that i wanted let them open up. i just didnt want any DEPs especially the ones that ask if battery operated sock warmers are on the packing list replying.
