Shipping and my college degree

I'm shipping out in 2 weeks and I just finished my college degree although I do not have proof of it yet. If I ship out without my Bacheleors degree will I receive the E-4 Ranking once I have proof that I have a college degree? Or should I wait to ship out until I have proof of the degree and the E-4 ranking?

If you don't have much luck with the registrar, try going through the VA representative at your school. The VA rep at my school is an absolute saint and works miracles for vets and cadets all the time.
