Hey im currently not in good shape i hit the gym 4-5 Times a week do pushups/situps Every Other day haven't really started running or rucking yet.

I haven't tried 2 mile Run Timed yet definently not 5 mile dont got the best endurance but im working on it.
Hoppfully i Will enlist in 4-5 moths.
Will that be enough time to get in shape?
Do you get Any gains in BCT/airborne by doing pt on My Free time aswell?
