Stew Smith Ranger Prep?

Post by Alpinestars »

I recently bought the ranger prep e-book from stew smith and I was just wondering if anyone has any testimonials about this and if it worked well for them or not. Thank you.

Was Stew Smith a Ranger?

Ranger goon175 no he was not but the book is for army rangers prep and I was wondering if it is an accurate ebook on how to prepare for becoming a ranger physically. Has any ranger here been successful with this ebook or know someone who has?

Ranger Jim, thank you for your response. I have looked through this forum and haven't found a schedule I could use. Can you please recommend me a good thread?

Here's a book for you, it's titled "How to be a Fisherman" by Colonel Sanders.

Or another favorite of mine, "10 Easy Steps to Becoming a Priest" by Satan.

You see the pattern here?

Ranger cams thank you for your response. I get what you are saying about how he was a navy seal so it wouldn't make sense to follow his book, but he said that he got most of the information in the book by consulting with rangers. Could anyone please direct me to a thread with a good plan to be physically prepared for the army ranger pft and RASP? Thank you rangers for your responses.

Read this thread, that you started back in Dec 2012.

There are 3 or 4 threads, 'Sticky's' even, DIRECTLY above your latest thread about PT improvement, and probably a dozen or more others in this APFT Forum that others have posted, so you tell us, what is your issue? The information is right here.

Show some ability to be a self starter. There is no magic solution. But there is a plan, several as a matter of fact, listed right here on your screen.

There is hard work. Effort. Sweat. Blood. Pain.
