If you want to improve your scores go to http://www.thesealteams.com/SEAL_workouts/ follow the programs like the bible and you will get up there fast. I modified the pullups in my program (i do 200 a workout instead of 60) and also added leg workouts on the off days, i was swimming but pool got to cold, the running can be a little extreme at times. Remember its ok to modify.

You've been on this site 10 months & do not seem to understand FAQ - especially the one atop the civilian intro forum.

Is it my mistake or are you now a bonafide Ranger Instructor?

Keep up the good work nick, you seem very motivated. If in basic you feel the PT is not helping you (which most likely it will only sustain you or even get worse) because it is mostly meant for those out of shape guys coming in, then I would highly recommend doing push up and sit up drill on your own before lights out. Stay with it and Never quit.

Nick, those are pretty good numbers. Keep in mind that PT tests in Bat. are 5 miles not 2 and you need to do Pull ups also. Good luck with the training you have ahead of you and just have fun with it and go with the punches. Most of all just Never Quit.
