Advice for Ranger Challenge Training?

Post by hrotccadet »

Hi I'm a Cadet in Army ROTC and am going to be spending this summer getting myself ready and in shape for the coming fall so that I will be able to make the Ranger Challenge team. If anyone here has any advice about how I should go about this or any training suggestions or if someone wants to share their workout/training schedule about how they go about it then that would be great thanks. Post an intro. Use the search button. Read the faqs. Then come ask your stupid-assed question.

If you ever say HOOAH again in your life....I'll find you and throat punch you.....You even spelled it wrong you fucktard Sir wannabe....

As far as training for the Ranger Challenge there are 2 paths one can take....

1) Run....and then....Run... and then RUN.....ruck run....run...ruck run...then run some more.....

or

2) Lots of jazzersize (Richard Simmons-Sweatin to the Oldies shit) and yoga and stretching...Starbucks....stretch...starbucks...simmons...etc...

Pick one and the STFU!

"You're good enough...you're smart enough....and gosh darn it...people like you!!!!!!"

I say "you should take that competition like the champion you appear to be...right by the ass, out of breath, and beggin' for less..."

Ranger Challenge is easy. Find a Ranger, Challenge him to a fight. Then try not to die.

Or anything else that you think you're good at for that matter.

Where is our resident ROTC NCOIC j.rico? He needs to come get this cadet in line.

I'm pretty sure his teams placed first in their Ranger Challenge.

Just do your best to get Army Strong and you'll be all right. You guys are sounding pretty cynical today. Hey, how can I get one of those scroll thingies for an avatar?

I am predicting a short stay on this site for you nimrod

My Ranger challenge ended with me earning a fucking tab. ROTC Ranger challenge is for flaming homosexuals and if you are ever caught wearing anything that says Ranger on it prior to actually having a tab you will be boiled, skinned and eaten.

Now pretty please, with sugar on top, GO FUCK OFF!!!
