Education benefits for a service connected disability?

Are there an educational benefits that become available after you are determined to have a service connected disability ?

I know about vocational rehab for 20%or more.

Syracuse University started a program for disabled veterans and another one for their spouses. It is really great if the veteran in question wants to start their own business. I am currently enrolled, and am pretty impressed so far, definitely worth checking out.
