Honorable Discharge Certificate, unless you didn't get one of those, and I don't think they make an Other Than Honorable Discharge Certificate.

Is there a DD or DA form # for the wall hanger ? All I find under Honorable Discharge Certificate is a DD 214 which mine is so fucked up it looks like it is forged.

I just got mine in the mail last week. It took me calling branch to get it. I don't know if the rules are different for Os. The certificate is a POS. Its got perforated edges (for mass production), is printed off of one of those 80s era printers, and signed by a pogue COL chick from Perscom. I have mixed feelings about getting it.

Unless I am mistaken, they are only issued when a soldier reenlists. I have one from each time I reenlisted. I have access to a bunch of Blank ones...Maybe I can become a poser.

you basically have 3 options to possess a discharge paper hangy thing...... all found at the hardware store..... Hammer and nails, staplegun, or crazyglue (Silicone and duct tape will work too)
