are all rangers airborne?

my son is in basic at ft -benning he is being told that he is too light for airborne school that he is under weight he weights 120 lbs an that he might lose his option 40 contract is this true

Welcome Sir, I thought I was a light-weight at 145 but alas, that was 40+ years ago.
