The first jump is easy, you don't know what to expect. Every jump after that sucked. 8)

But as someone else here said, it sure beats the hell out of humping the whole way.

I read a quote somewhere a while back about the airborne in WWII that went something like this, "You show me a man that will jump out of a perfectly good airplane, and I'll show you a man that will fight!"

To be able to think back when you're old and crusty like me that you were a part of something so special, something that makes most men say, "Fuck that.", is motivation enough to get your ass out that door.

Well, your going to do it right. Then you'll do it again. You'll also run until your legs get tough, so when you hit, its the ground that hurts. This will all make sense in the harness shed lol.

there's a mindset for jumping? i just kinda updated my will and fell.....hoping the chute opens. as for landings....all form goes out the window with 80-100lbs rucks

ps....just remember it's statiscally safer than driving.
