auto during airborne

poopscoop wrote and asked me if i could find out about povs at airborne. are the trainees allowed to have them? the travel restrictions seem to be 50 miles, we are 120 away . can we see him on weekends? either at benning or at home. thank u ahead of time for your patience

Soldiers in initial entry training and those on the 82d Airborne Exodus plan (mass classes devoted to 82d legs) are NOT allowed to have their POV's at the school.

Only those on 1610 Individual TDY enroute or return orders may be authorized POV's while attending the course.

Just had to get this question answered by calling OPS in the last week. We have a female about to go down to the course.
